The application fee is $40 per adult. The cleaning fee is $249 per stay ($395 if you bring a pet, $495 if you bring 2 pets). Utilities over $250/month are extra and billed as used each month. Tenants will be required to have renter's insurance.
Tenants bring their own sheets & towels or we can provide them for a flat $200/fee
