2. Gross monthly income of at least $5000.00/month (verified by paystubs, employment verification, tax returns, etc).
3. Credit check with score of at least 600.
4. Positive rental history check.
5. Clean criminal background check.
6. All parties over 18 staying in unit must pass checks and be on lease.
7. No smoking permitted in the house.
8. One dog is permitted only after property manager has met and approved the dog. Requires additional $75.00 per month. Sorry, no cats.
9. Lawn care available for monthly fee.

Amenities included: central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, washer dryer hook-ups (can use current washer and dryer as long as they last), and large yard. Utilities paid by tenant. One approved dog allowed for extra $75/month (Property Manager must approve pet). Date Available: December 2020. $2000/month rent. $2000 security deposit required.
