Down the hallway, there are 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The largest bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. All 3 bedrooms contain ample closet space.

Behind the kitchen is a large sunroom with a functioning wood-burning fireplace. There is an abundance of windows in this room to view the large backyard.

The backyard is large and fully fenced in. There is a storage shed, as well as a manual lift garage for extra storage. There is a bocce ball court built into the backyard for hosting and entertaining!

The home is cooled through a swamp cooler but is heated through central heat. The sunroom is only heated with the fireplace and does not have any air ducts for the central heat.

This home is just minutes from shopping, restaurants and parks and is located to allow easy access to I-70 to get to the mountains and Colfax ave for easy access to downtown Denver. Less than a mile from 6th Ave and Kipling St.

*Refundable security deposit equal to 85% of one month's gross rent is required.

*Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement.
*No more than 3 unrelated parties are allowed.
