Super hip, mid-century modern 2 bedroom/2 bath condo close to downtown, and blocks to Trader Joes, cafes, restaurants, Rose Hospital, and the new up and coming Mayfair redevelopment area. Very spacious and wonderful floor plan with open kitchen and living area. The flow is awesome as is the size of the rooms and south facing sun-room not included in square footage. Lives larger than its size. Awesome kitchen with large picture window. Good sized master bedroom and second large bedroom. Laundry room in unit/ Beautiful hardwood floors in main living area.
