Unfurnished Long-Term Rental Available on August 1st, 2021 for discounted rent of $1100/month*. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, except water which is included in rent rate. Tenant to set up account for gas, electric, trash, wifi etc.
Rent will be adjusted up $50 per adult occupant.
*Amount shown is discounted rent amount. A discount of $100/month down from the market rent of $1200 is given in exchange for on-time payments and upkeep of apartment & grounds and minor maintenance. Applicants must be ready to provide an amount equal to twice monthly rent upon lease signing.
Initial lease term is through July 31, 2022, with annual renewal to follow.
One small dog negotiable with additional pet rent (no aggressive breeds).
Outdoor smoking allowed. No indoor smoking at anytime.
