2339 13th Street is made up of four units:  the original house on the property (apt. #1) and a three-unit addition off the back of the house.  Great location in Downtown Boulder, just a few blocks north of Pearl Street and with easy access to the CU and Naropa campuses as well as hiking/biking trails on the west side of town.

Apartment #2 is the unit directly behind the main house in the addition.  Comes with its own small fenced area, great for a dog run, and one assigned parking space in back off the alley.  Back yard space is shared by the three units in the addition.

This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit in the living room is ours. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
