2228 Canyon Blvd. is an 8-unit building located in the Goss/Grove neighborhood that offers easy access to the CU and Naropa campuses, as well as Pearl Street and 29th Street Malls. Off-street parking is shared by tenants, as is the yard and picnic area. Each apartment comes with its own extra storage closet.
Each 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit is two-stories with the kitchen, living room, half bath and a smaller bedroom on the main level. Two larger bedrooms and the full bath are on the other level (upstairs for units #3 & 4, downstairs for units #1 & 2).
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
CATS allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit.
ONE SMALL DOG (under 20 lb.) allowed with an extra $300 dog deposit. Certain breeds restricted.
