Located in Cherry Creek School District and is only one block away from an elementary school. The Expo Park is across the street with access to playgrounds and tennis courts.

Initial lease term is twelve months. Water, trash, and sewer are included in the rent. Gas, electric, and internet are not included. Off street parking. Small dogs considered on a case by case bases. If accepted there will be an extra refundable $300 deposit and $25 pet rent monthly.

a) the PTSR must be available to Swan Enterprises and Consulting, LLC by a consumer reporting agency/third-party website that regularly engages in the business of providing consumer reports; 2) the PTSR must comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to use and disclosure of information contained in a consumer report by a consumer reporting agency; and c) Applicant certifies that there has not been a material change in the information in the PTSR, including the Applicant’s name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history since the PTSR was generated.
