An application will be required to be considered to lease the property which will require a credit and reference check. Dogs will be considered. Pet's will have a $150 non refundable pet deposit per pet.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, trash, and renters insurance. Confirmation of the utilities and insurance prior to move-in. NO SMOKING. Washer and Dryer is included for the life of the appliances but won't be replaced if they fail.
