WaterWalk is a beautiful new property that includes both furnished corporate apartments with hotel amenities and unfurnished apartments with 24/7 service. We opened in Centennial a few short months ago and offer 1B/1B, 2B/2B and 3B/2B accommodations. In our furnished corporate apartments youll enjoy a full-size washer and dryer, 300 channels of DirecTV with Premiums, high-speed Internet, 24/7 service from our onsite team and breakfast groceries delivered to you weekly.

Pet Policy for Furnished Corporate Apartments (Hotel Guests):
Hotel guests pay a $125 non-refundable pet fee (dog or cat) per room upon arrival to cover the cost of cleaning the suite after departure and a $75 pet DNA test fee per dog. The DNA is collected with a quick mouth swab and allows us to keep our property beautiful and clean for all of our guests to enjoy. The $125 non-refundable pet fee does not apply to ADA recognized service animals. Hotel guests do not pay an additional monthly pet fee.
Breed Restrictions:There are no breed restrictions except those imposed by the local jurisdiction. A list of local breed restrictions, if any exist, are available at the front desk.
Weight Limits: If you have one pet, it can be no more than 75 pounds. If you have two pets, they must be 50 pounds or less, each.
