This beautiful single-family home is located directly across the street from Natural Bridges Monarch Trail and just a few blocks from Natural Bridges State Beach. Residents can enjoy a nice morning cup of coffee on the front porch while enjoying views of the greenbelt and wildlife right across the street. Alternatively, they can take a scenic bike ride or leisurely walk along the paved pedestrian trail all the way to the Board Walk, or any beaches along the way. Also located just a few blocks away is the Swift Street Courtyard and all the amenities it has to offer. DISCLAIMER: Front Yard has had some changes. This single level home is located on a large, sunny lot with lots of outdoor space for residents that love to garden or to bask in the sun. The main entrance is under a large, covered porch, into a nicely sized living room with hard surface flooring and a warm, brick fireplace for cozy winter nights. The dining room is directly adjacent to the kitchen and has a sliding glass door to a private enclosed porch which has easy access to the backyard through two sliding glass doors. The galley style kitchen has been meticulously cared for over the years and is in great shape with a newer refrigerator and dishwasher. It has nice, natural lighting and sufficient cabinet and counter space for residents that like to cook. The primary bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and has wonderful natural lighting with large windows overlooking the backyard. It also contains a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and large vanity with overhead lighting. The other two bedrooms are also nicely sized with sufficient closet space and exceptional, natural lighting as well. The corner bedroom offers a large sliding glass door for convenient access to the backyard. The hallway bathroom is close to the common areas and offers a shower over tub. There is hard surface flooring throughout the living spaces, and plush carpet in the bedrooms, for warm, early morning wakeups. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount, good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well. Our office participates in the Pet Screening service, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE EVEN IF THERE ARE NO PETS IN THE HOME.
