Need: Looking for a house mate to rent 1 bedroom within my 2 bedroom condo. I will be gone most of the time traveling but will visit from time to time. You will be left alone most of the time, but must also be willing to share the space when I am in town. Must be cleanly and able to care for my kitchen and furniture. Everything is in very good condition and I am looking for a responsible house mate that can keep things that way. This unit will be rented furnished and with all kitchen utensils and appliances. Terms: -Rent $2,500 per month - 6 Month Lease minimum. - Utilities Split 50/50- Electricity & Wifi ($28/each) - Tenant must follow all HOA rules - Security Deposit $5,000 - Street and Visitor Parking only - No Overnight guests - No Parties - No Pets - No Smoking - $40 application fee to verify credit and employment - Must make 2x the rent in VERIFIABLE income to qualify. - Verifiable by Tax returns, Pay Stubs, Bank statements. - Can be shown by appointment on Saturdays.
