My “Pacific Beach Mermaid” home is ideal for pets as we have two separate areas that are enclosed:

*Dog Run - We have a dog run in the back of the home.

Enclosed Patio - We also have a side enclosed porch where you can hang out together with a sectional couch and dining tables.

*Front Yard - The front yard has a beachy yard/garden, a patio, fire pit, chairs, dining table but not enclosed.

*Blocks to Mission Bay - We are two blocks from the Mission Bay and Crown Point Shores with a beach and park for dogs to run. Dogs must be on leash.

*Dog Beach - Ocean Beach (24 hr. off-leash) - located at the west end of Voltaire St., this off-leash dog beach is one of the most popular in San Diego

*Fiesta Island - Mission Bay Located in Mission Bay Park, dogs are allowed in all areas except for the Youth Campground and Least Tern nesting sites (seasonal). Daily 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, this area offers calmer waters than the ocean and sand dunes to run on.

*North Beach Dog Run - Coronado (24 hr. off-leash) - located on Ocean Blvd. near Sunset Park at the northern end of the beach next to the U.S. Naval Station entrance. Dogs must be leashed until you reach the beach. Foot shower and free dog litter bags at the entrance to the run.

*Del Mar Dog Beach - Del Mar (post-Labor Day thru June 14 off-leash) - located at Via De La Valle and Highway 101 at the rivermouth. off-leash area is north of 29th St.

The monthly rent is $150 per daymonth and a $150+tax hypoallergenic cleaning (+mandatory tax) so guests who are allergic to pets may enjoy the home too. Pet owners agree to not leave out dog food inside and outside and to clean the waste up immediately for sanitary reasons.

My housekeeper will charge you $? per pile fee to clean up after your dog. I also can provide doggie (and baby) sitting for approximately $? per day. We’d love to host the entire family. Enjoy! Cheers,

In addition to providing cleaning supplies and Robot Vacuum Cleaners, we require weekly cleaning and sanitizing services if you rent our homes for more than one week for the safety and security of our guests and to protect our homes. Pet owners agree to not leave out dog food inside and outside and to clean the waste up immediately for sanitary reasons. My housekeeper will charge you $5 per pile fee to clean up after your dog.

I also can provide doggie (and baby) sitting for approximately $50 per day.

We had a nice time at this Airbnb. Very nice home. We stayed one night and didn’t spend too much time at the place but the accommodations were great. Comfortable beds for my entire group of 8. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in PB.

The house is much much cuter than the photos even show it to be. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the furnishings are very cute. There are three bedrooms with pretty comfortable queen size bedrooms in them. I’d say the place was a hit. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and there are enough towels, beach towels and toilet paper for literally dozens of people. Laura was incredibly responsive—replied immediately to any email. The location is also great. It’s an easy walk to the bay or slightly longer to the beach. Also an easy walk and/or very short drive to great restaurants in Pacific/Mission Beach, as well as to Sea World and other parts of San Diego. We loved our time at this adorable home. Would definitely stay there again.

The direction yo this place were very easy to find. cleaning person did an amazing job of cleaning it and ready for us. the amenities were great. i would definitely stay here again, the neighborhood was pleasant and the house was situated in a very convenient area easy ro get to stores. communicating with Laura was quick on anything we needed by text. can't wait for our next stay in San Diego.

Laura's place was beautiful, had many amenities, and fit my whole family reunion of 16 plus pet friendly! Easy to communicate with and the mattress was very comfortable. Would stay again. PB is gorgeous.

The Endless Summer Beach Party
One of the beaches in San Diego's Mission Bay & Beaches region, P.B. (as the locals call it) is a favorite spot for college students and young adults enjoying the party atmosphere, frequenting the area’s restaurants and bars—some just steps from the sand. P.B. comes alive at night, too, with the glow of bonfires and the electricity of the region’s many clubs.

WHERE TO GO
Tourmaline Surfing Park where the rugged headlands of La Jolla end abruptly is a surfing-only beach, popular with novice surfers. With slow, “slopey” waves, beginners, longboarders and (when the wind is up) windsurfers and kiteboarders favor this beach over other spots in the area. There's a medium-capacity parking lot here with bathrooms and a small picnic area.
North Pacific Beach from Tourmaline to Crystal Pier is a calmer stretch of beach families tend to prefer, thanks to its lifeguard-supervised swimming areas and facilities at the ends of Law and Diamond Streets.
