- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: - No smoking in unit. Resident acknowledges receipt of Uptown District Owners Association Rules and Regulations and agrees to abide by them. Any violation that results in a monetary penalty shall be the sole expense and responsibility of the resident. Resident must adhere to any and all documents that may be required by the Uptown District Owners Association or Good Life Property Management. All associated moving fees as required by the HOA are sole responsibility of tenant. A move-in fee is required by the HOA and is due before move in, and a move-out fee is required by the HOA and due upon move out.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
