This home is ideal for a single individual or possibly a minimalist couple. Although there is no shared living or entry space the owners do live on the property and wish to disclose some further thoughts for consideration... Although this rental is a completely separate unit from the main house, the guest house is attached to the main house. However, it only shares one wall on the GARAGE side of the main house; like an apartment would. The rental’s bedroom window does face the driveway area, so please note that in the mornings they will be loading up their 3 young boys for school during the week. They also have a Labrador puppy that lives in their home and who will frequently play in the owner’s (private and separate) yard space with the kids, on the other side of the property. There will reasonably be some noise from time to time. This is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors and owners alike respect and appreciate that, and are in turn looking for a tenant who desires the same, but is aware that there is a young family sharing this property with them as well. They would also appreciate any communications ahead of time of guests being brought onto the property or into the home on any frequent or routine basis who is not on the lease - for liability and peace of mind purposes. Any questions pertaining to these details or others regarding this lovely guest home unit and space, please just ask.

Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property.
