Available February 1, 2020, is an unfurnished, immaculate, updated home of approximately 852 sf plus 216 sf small, detached garage for $2750 per month on a one year lease and $3000 ($less for military) as a security deposit. Gardening is included in rent as well as sewer charges. Renter pays all other utilities. This is a 1 bedroom plus second tiny bedroom or office/study room , 2 bath home with pine wood floors, gas fireplace and central heat. This is a no animal, non-smoking residence. The house is a quick walk to downtown PG, a quick drive or bike ride to the Defense Language Institute or Naval Postgraduate School also. Nice, sunny stone patio off kitchen at the back of the house.

A tiny car may fit in garage or it may be used for storage but is not guaranteed to be waterproof. It has a new roof (as does the home) but has barn-door type double doors not guaranteed to be air tight and a "man door" from the patio.

The master suite bedroom with lovely bay window and window seat with storage beneath, can fit a queen bed (NO KING) and has a spacious double closet. This master bedroom and bath with shower only may be closed off with privacy door. There is a second room off the hallway for guests/den/office is perfect for an office and adjacent to the tiny hallway bath with shower over tub.

Easy-care yard in front with drip system in place and periodic gardening included in rent. Back patio is bordered by a small bed or plants.
