Gather at the dining room and breakfast nook with great settings for casual or formal dining. The kitchen features white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. Have a relaxing lush greenery view of the backyard from the sliding door of the family room. Both the living and family room have a fireplace and have a direct access to the patio and backyard area.
Relax in your master suite equipped with a TV, vaulted ceilings, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Enjoy your coffee and the morning breeze with its private balcony. The second bedroom with a queen bed shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. This third room has two queen size beds. Additional features of the rental include a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached 3-car garage. The home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels. No pets allowed. All utilities are included with a $400 monthly cap for SDG&E. Flexible lease terms. The rental can accommodate up to 8 guests and requires a 30-night minimum stay.
