North has a little less old school character than downtown. Four pockets of shopping centers can be found here, from older strip malls to brand new shopping centers.

Rolling hills and flowing wine are one reason why Napa is known as the Italy of the United States. There’s even a section of East Napa known as Little Italy.

Thankfully Napa’s flood project means this area will have far less Venice-style canals running through them during the rainy winter months. These days there are a combination of older rental properties and Queen-Anne style homes along side industrial and commercial properties. Outside of Little Italy, poolside views of Atlas Peak and the Sonoma-Napa Mountains will make you glad you chose to call East Napa home.

Spooning the Westwood Hills Park, you will find premium shopping outlets, older homes as well as apartment complexes (circa WWII) in the Westwood neighborhood.

South Napa has the master-planned community of apartments and homes in Sheveland Ranch, giving you the best of both worlds. In extreme South Napa you’ll find apartments within an arm’s stretch of yacht clubs and scenic views of the river.

Located west of St. Helena Highway, there's Browns Valley. Subdivisions are sprawling out like grape vines as we speak. Beautifully manicured yards with multiple-stall garages fill this valley. Browns Valley can be your go-to for a well maintained community.
