Available for a Single Respectful person. This room will be furnished prior to move in with a brand new queen bed, a chest cabinet, a small refrigerator/freezer, and privacy curtains. Rent will include utilities, WiFi, and Netflix. All common living areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry machines) will be shared. There is a shared bathroom right across the hall from the bedroom. No pets will be allowed. Visitors can only visit with owners consent and presence and must leave by 10 pm unless the owner grants an exception. No smoking, vaping or littering will be allowed anywhere on the property lot. No loud music will be played at any time. Garage parking space may be rented for an additional cost of $100 per month.
