This CONDO has had a complete makeover! You have to see it to know what I am talking about (it is the best job I've seen in all the S C condos):
1. All laminated flooring-no carpet-in the entire home; but bathrooms & kitchen are plank vinyl flooring;
2. Kit wi/newer GAS stovetop oven;
3. Kit & bathtub had a complete tile overhaul;
4. Kit sink is stainless steel;
5. Bdrms w/newer ceiling light/fan fixtures;
6. Coat closet in kit, just inside the entry; hall closet is new pantry w/pull chain light fixture;
7. Living room entry to lanai:
a. Sliding door removed; b. Wall A/C installed to take the burden off the central A/C system; (Portable heater will be supplied to take burden off the central heat system; c. All energy efficient windows thruout home & installed onto the full back wall of lanai (bonus room); d. Door to patio has newer slider blinds to open & shut w/a flick of the finger, rather than strings getting entangled;
8. Laundry room is no longer:
a. Laundry hookups moved to garage; sorry, there is 220 electric -no gas for the dryer; b. This room can be used as a private office-door still in tact; but unfortunately, a new window was not installed, but there is overhead lighting; c. Can be used for storage, but DO NOT slide boxes & furniture-Protect the floor, pls;
9. Garage Pre-Wash Laundry Tub.
