Q: What was your favorite thing about living in this home? (OR, what have you loved about owning this home if you've never personally lived here?)

A: Living in this home is like living in a cottage surrounded by trees and wild life. I have never seen so many kinds of birds in one place during the summer. I loved sitting on the porch sipping a glass of red wine and watching the neighbors walk their dogs on a peaceful afternoon.
I loved cooking and baking for hours in the kitchen with the doors and windows wide open, listening to music, and watching my dog sunbathe on the redwood deck outside the kitchen.

Q: What's the best kept secret about living in this neighborhood?

A: Neighbors careng for the neighborhood. We keep a Listserv of neighbors, and 2-3 times a year the district supervisor comes to visit us.

Q: What improvements have you made since purchase?

A: Lots of improvements. I upgraded the entire home to vaulted ceilings, brand new insulation, solar panels, paint, kitchen, and hardwood floors.

We are looking for a 12 month lease starting on June 15.
