One private bedroom and one private bath is available for rent in an approximately 1,200 Sq foot 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor share until the Feb. 15, 2023. (I am looking forward to finding a roommate who will be a good fit for both of us to possibly extend our lease for addition year or two - otherwise we can stay month to month after Feb. 19th, 2023)

- Only looking for a single working professional who needs to enjoy the amenities of the complex and relax when she is home from work.
- There are many fitness rooms and pools with Jacuzzis.
- I am a married financial professional who works at the Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA. (about 1 mile away from the apartment)
- I travel frequently to my 2nd home in TX, so you will have some freedom at times.
- I would like to inform you that my husband comes to visit one week at a time from TX, which could be every 2 months or so.

Unfortunately, my tenant has to move out of the state unexpectedly and that is the only reason I am looking for another trust worthy person to share my apartment as couple of working professionals.

I am also looking for a clean and respectful female only as I do not feel comfortable with other male in the same apartment.

No animals or pats, please.

I do not know the exact size of the room, but it is a decent size room and the full private bath for your use.

It is a gated apartment and you will have a parking space inside of the parking structure.
