Security Deposit: $2,150 ($150 of deposit is non-refundable)
Pet Deposit: $600 ($50 of deposit is non-refundable)
Rent with Furnishings: $2,150 (add $16 for the TV)
Rent without Furnishings: $1,995
Pet Rent: $25 a month per pet
Monthly Utilities: A flat $59 per person
Renters Insurance is required (approx $16)
$39 background and credit check fee per adult
