This is a unique industrial live/work artistic space just outside downtown LAs art district. It features a large open area, exposed brick wall with a new large metal garage door (non operational), metal beams, wooden beams, and a large full bathroom. I use it for music production, dance choreo, working out, & social media filming but its an awesome space for anything you can put your mind to. The kitchen is custom built w/full sized fridge and island. Theres no stove but has a large grill, mini oven/toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The outside area is super industrial (graffiti, train tarcks, etc.) and is great for photography/shoots but isnt right for you if the urban industrial vibe isnt something youre comfortable with.

Theres street parking around along building and is located just a 5 min Uber ride from all the cool spots int he heart DTLA. Im subleasing it furnished on a monthly basis but can possibly store some furniture depending on the terms/length of the lease.
