LEASE TERMS
Utilities $400 extra per month (electric/gas, water, trash AND internet). Minimum lease 1 month. Security deposit of $2600 due on lease signing.

ACCESS
The unit is equipped with a keyless combination lock via a private entry for easy access. While the unit is attached to the main house with a shared wall between the two, tenants do not have access to the main house, garage, or backyard or other shared spaces on the property.

KITCHEN ITEMS
This unit is ideal for traveling professionals who do not require access to a kitchen. A mini fridge, microwave, and some dish-ware are provided for tenant use.

BATHROOM
There are enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for each tenant up to the maximum occupancy (2). We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. A hairdryer is also provided.

LAUNDRY
There is a coin-operated laundromat less than 1 mile from the unit.

PARKING
Tenants must park on the street, but should make note of any posted parking restrictions. Bus stop, Caltrain and VTA light rail station are located within a mile.

ENTERTAINMENT
The unit is equipped with hi-speed WiFi, and a Smart TV through which tenants are welcome to login to their own streaming services.

HEATING/COOLING
A portable heater/cooling fan has been provided for tenant use. The unit does not have independent heat or AC otherwise.

SECURITY
There are exterior cameras for added security.
