Located near the 880 Highway, this area is ideal for hardworking folks who want to avoid paying an arm and a leg for living in the Bay Area but still want to enjoy the perks. In addition, numerous restaurants, shopping centers, and hangout spots nearby will make living here an enjoyable experience. As for those who enjoy public transportation, a quick 5-minute drive to BART can get you over to San Francisco and more in no time!
The home features an updated kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms, and fresh paint job to give the place a well-maintained feel. Also, the backyard is a generous size with a storage shed to be shared by tenants.
The area is quite safe and family-friendly plus there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.
The room will come unfurnished and is available for lease by one adult (no couples). Measurements are 12’ x 9’3”.
Background checks will be done at no expense to the applicant. Employment/income verification will be necessary if tenant application is approved.
Pre-tax income must be 3x the monthly rent ($3,885.00/month) to qualify. $750.00 refundable security deposit & first month’s rent ($1,295.00) due at lease signing. Utilities are split evenly amongst tenants utilities (~$90.00/month/tenant).
