Three spacious guest bedrooms are also located on the first floor and are equipped with a king-size bed and two queen-size beds.

The welcoming ambience of the living room on the second floor invites you with comfortable lounge furniture, a Smart TV, and scenic views of the property. It's the perfect space for your group to relax while on vacation. Adjacent to the living room is the gourmet kitchen area with two dining areas. A separate bonus room includes a TV and sofa that converts into an additional sleeping arrangement. Doors off the living room open onto one of three decks, great for outdoor dining and relaxation. Stairs lead to the private viewing deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the ocean views and breeze.

Beach toys and equipment are available for enjoyment. Additional features of the rental include airconditioning, washer/dryer, WiFi, a 2-car garage, and private parking along the home's cul-de-sac. The rental can accommodate up to 8 guests and requires a 31-night minimum stay. All utilities are included in rent with $200 monthly cap for Water Service and $300 monthly cap for SDG&E. Security deposit is subject to change based on occupancy and lease term. Dogs are allowed with restrictions with an additional $500 pet security deposit. Sorry, no cats allowed.
