Roommate wanted for Home in West Dublin Hills.
We are currently looking for 1 working professional to share our home within the West Dublin hills. The house is two stories, single-family, and about 2300 sqft. 4 bed/ 3 bath and is very conveniently located next to the freeway entrances for 580 & 680 and less than a 5-minute drive to the West Dublin Bart Station, great for commuters. If you work at Workday, you would be less than 5 minutes from work. The house also has a large backyard, with a patio, outdoor dining area, overlooking Dublin. Plenty of parking available. This is a very quiet and safe location. This house has also had some new renovations done, including updated bathroom floors, new kitchen floors, and recessed lighting in kitchen and bathrooms. The room is available on May 1st.
I'm a 30 yr. old male and currently work from home full-time, working at a tech company based in Mountain View. It is a very laid-back environment at the house, as we’re usually just relaxing when not working.
Some of my hobbies include outdoor activities, traveling, exercising/playing sports, and going out on weekends.
Below are some things our new potential roommate(s) should know before reaching out.
YES:
1) Full-time job.
2) Clean (Try to be clean, but we understand the house is not always going to be perfect. Take care of your own dishes, take out the trash if you notice it is full, etc.).
3) Good Credit/ability to pay rent and utilities on time

3) Drugs (420 friendly, as long as you're a working professional).
Room for rent - is 600+ sq ft and is the primary bedroom. Huge walk-in closet, updated, private bathroom and also gets great natural lighting. The room is partially furnished with a dresser, shelves and nightstands (These items can also all be removed if you prefer to start fresh). The room is $1600.
