What is the income requirement? Typically it is 2.5 times the rent amount. You will need to submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. If you are collecting payments from a 3rd source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, Retirement) you will need to submit a benefits letter stating how much you receive on a monthly basis. If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements.
