Amenities, amenities, amenities! 2017 fully renovated home next to Bidwell Park. As of 2017, the home had a new roof, stucco, electricity (200amp), 10kW solar system, plumbing, drywall, tankless water heater (on-demand, unlimited hot water), water softener, & HVAC. This is our forever home, but we will be relocating for a couple years due to work & school.

As you walk in the home, you'll notice the open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The over-sized quartz island & Kitchen-aid stainless steel appliances, including 5 burner gas stove, are the perfect excuse to let your inner chef shine. You can watch TV while you finish the dishes before settling down on the couch for a movie on the 75" 4K TV with 7.1 surround sound. Enjoy some fresh air on the large patio, equipped with a natural gas lined grill. You can watch the hummingbirds visit the feeders or hang out in the large yard with beautiful landscaping. When it cools down, take a dip in the 6 person hot tub. Hardwood floors run through the majority of the home, leading you back to the 4 bedrooms. When you wake up in the master bedroom, pull back the curtains & you'll be refreshed with ample natural light by the large window & sliding glass door. No need to fight over closet space as there is a 70 sq/ft walk in closet with plenty of storage. The master bath is set with a double vanity, water closet, & over-sized walk in shower with four shower heads. Did I mention the master bathroom floor is heated? Two of the three standard bedrooms are quite spacious, with the other bedroom being standard builder's size. There is a laundry room and the washer & dryer will stay. The home has a 2 car garage, with storage racks. The garage has a Tesla charger installed, but if you have a different electric vehicle, we have a standard 220 plug also. There is an over-sized sink & full work bench with ample storage for tools & hobbies. There is a large side yard, separated from the main yard, where you can park an RV, boat, or trailer. There is a 12ft x 10ft shed for storage and yard tools. The gate opening is 12 ft. The home has a 10kW solar system, which should cover your entire electric bill. Yard maintenance is easy, as there is a wi-fi controlled Rachio smart system for all watering.

The home will come partially furnished, if desired. In the living room, we would like to leave the couch, bookcases, entertainment center, TV, coffee table, & surround sound. We would also like to leave the dining table & benches, and master bedroom TV & bedframe (custom built, heavy, & is a Cal King). We would also like to leave the patio furniture.

Location: Home is next to Bidwell Park (off of Vallombrosa), two blocks from Sierra View School, 5-8 minute bike ride to PV High School, 8 minute drive to downtown Chico, 9 minutes to Enloe Hospital.

No smoking. No Cats. Well-behaved dogs (up to 50 lbs) okay after meet & greet. $50/month pet rent per dog and $500 deposit per dog, maximum of two dogs. Tenant responsible for yard maintenance and utilities (solar takes care of most or all electric). Application fee required up front, after viewing, to cover background checks for rental history, employment status and history, credit, criminal, etc.
