There are Two adults in the main home, one male who is an outside cigarette smoker & one female, both in their early 50's, Plus Two Lovable Female Dogs, who reside inside the Main Home and Utilize the Fenced in Back Yard When They Go Out.

This is a completely Drug Free and Mostly Alcohol Free Household and we are looking for the same or similar in a potential tenant.

We Would Prefer, the Potential Tenant, Take Pride In The Overall Property and Will Help With Maintaining The Shared Areas of The Property When Needed Or Asked.

Also Prefer the Tenant Not Be One That Will Be Coming In and Out at all Hours of Night, as we are professionals, and we work between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Rent is $800 Per Month, Plus a $400 Deposit, which we would be willing to accept Payments on the Deposit, if Needed.

We are Not Accepting Couple Applications, as the Room Space, is More Suited for a Single Individual. We are Not Accepting Applications from Prospective Tenants Who Have a Cat, as a Pet, as we have dogs. We will Accept Applications from a Single Tenant with One Dog, Depending on the dog.

We will Be Conducting Income Verification, Character Reference Checks, Background Checks and Credit Checks, On All Potential Tenants.
