Located in the southwest tip of Arizona, this town is also a border crossing that connects the northern Mexican states and to the United States. Although with a current population of 22,000 people--in case you couldn't tell, this town is hardly competing for the title of Biggest City in America--it is expanding by 8 percent every year.
