It is only minutes from Whiskey Row, Courthouse Square, shops, restaurants, and the Rodeo grounds, where several events take place throughout the year. The Splash Pad at Granite Creek Park, also in downtown, opened in May 2021 and has been a popular summer area to play and cool down for children of all ages. A ten minute walk along the greenbelt will take you to the center of town. You can enjoy the week/daily courthouse square concerts, art shows & events, shopping, dining and nightlife experience downtown has to offer. If you prefer to social distance, the house is very comfortable to kick back and relax and spend quality time by watching movies, playing provided games, or utilize side yard with the option to BBQ. This newly remodeled and beautifully historic 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home is ideal for couples, friends or family looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeping arrangements include one spacious bedroom with a King size bed and the other has a queen size bed. There is also a couch that can be used to sleep on. We also supply a twin blow up mattress; if needed, please request linens. (If you have questions about the sleeping arrangements, please contact us before booking). Our home features it's own off-street driveway with plenty of parking, private yard to enjoy sipping your coffee or cocktails outdoors and a BBQ available. The kitchen is fully furnished with a sink, full size refrigerator, microwave, full size stove & oven, coffee maker cookware, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. The bathroom has plenty of space and features a shower over a claw tub and a closet if you choose to hang your clothes. The main living area has a dining table to allow up to four guests or to use as a workspace, a 55' smart TV with cable and has the ability to mirror your phone and stream your Netflix or other favorite apps. Wifi is available.

We also WELCOME and LOVE well behaved fur babies with an added one-time pet deposit of $250 ( one pet only please).
