The house and carpets have been professionally cleaned since the last occupant vacated. You may register for a self guided tour to see this property from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week. This property is available for a 12 month Lease. To remain in the premises after 12 months, a new Lease must be signed. Minimum requirements for Lease Application Approval include, but are not limited to: (1) a FICO® Score 8 three Bureau average of at least 670; (2) a 3.5 to 1 income to rent ratio. Subleasing and cosigning is strictly prohibited. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with fenced backyard conveniently located in Chesser Reserve. 2214 sq ft living area per Tax Report.
