We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator  to manage front desk operations at Apartment List. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, as well as employees! You will coordinate front-desk activities, and keep things running smoothly.

Who You Are

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive. You derive great happiness from creating order out of chaos, starting tasks and seeing them through to completion.
  • You have experience in reception or similar administrative work.
  • You love being the go-to and are happy to assist with projects as needed.
  • You have outstanding computer skills (experience with G Suite, Word, Excel).
  • You have technology proficiency in basic lifestyle services and business tools (Instacart, Uber, Lyft, etc.).
  • You have the ability to adapt in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Do

  • Greet and welcome guests as they enter the office and make sure the appropriate employee is notified
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Manage incoming mail and notify employees of packages
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Ensure reception area and mail room is is tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Manage weekly all-hands meetings 
  • Assist the office manager in projects and tasks as needed, such as the weekly company newsletter
