Director, National Accounts

The director of national accounts is responsible for handling some of Apartment Lists largest and most strategic accounts. The Director of National Accounts working with the Apartment List leadership team will  be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed. The director of national accounts will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver new business from potential prospects
  • Maintain and increase business with existing strategic accounts to consistently meet / exceed Net Revenue growth goals
  • Complete Quarterly Business Reviews of assigned clients to optimize their performance as it relates to converting Apartment List leads.
  • Act as a “solutions expert” consultant by helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives and drives new business by conducting market analysis and prospecting
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, manage your calendar and opportunities.
  • Participate in multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings trade shows and property management company meetings to increase partnerships, revenue and exposure to Apartment List
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer to drive insights and strategic recommendations on business improvement
  • Travel (50+%) as needed to assigned region to meet with potential clients
  • Represent Apartment List in the market through delivering everyone a home they love
