Can we have a show of hands for commuters and beach lovers? If you're raising that hand, we're talking to you. You have to check out The Reserves at Melbourne Apartments. This is no castle, for sure; but its proximity to the beach, freeways, and the low rental rate you're going to shell out makes up for the fact that these apartment homes don't remind you of Disney royalties and their faraway kingdoms. Although if you're longing for those whimsical worlds, Orlando's amusement parks are a short drive away. But why settle for fantasy when you can have what's real?
Now, let's have a rundown of what's real here: tennis court and fitness center (for those who like to sweat and get fit), Olympic-sized pool (for those who wish to grow some fins and gills), WiFi caf, picnic areas with barbecue grills, and clubhouse (for everyone else who can't be bothered with physical activities). This apt for rent features a 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartments that accepts pets as part of the community. Disclaimer, though: just because the management are pretty warm towards your buddy, that doesn't mean your neighbors share the same affection. Just get your cohort to behave and you'll do great in this community.
This community is very centrally located in town and has good access to main roads and shopping of all kinds. Some apartments are renovated, others are not and have an late 1980s/ early 1990s feel.
Singles or couples needing to get started.
Great Value, great location. Newer tenant, but love it so far. Just moved here, 1B1B, but so far the office staff has been more than I could ever ask for! Very accommodating. Kitchen and laundry room are spacious and sparkling clean/new. Grounds keepers are always working diligently. Neighbors nice. Tons of parking. Fingers crossed, I think I love this place. Don't know much about the gated community.
Young professionals, couples, retirees.

I am extreamly happy with my decision of where I am living. There have been a few slight bumps in the road dealing with the office but honestly I would resign a lease regardless of those. You don't have to talk to the leasing office often, and everything else about the apartment complex is lovely.
Younge people looking for somewhere affordable yet clean and safe. I wouldn't reccomend it for anyone who is needy or worrisome. The leasing office isn't much help. But if you like to do things for yourself and dont really visit a leasing office much for help then you should be fine.
So far, I'm quite happy here. My daughter is making new friends. I'm getting to know my neighbors. the location is excellent. Minutes from shopping and entertainment. Minutes from I95 and US 1, for commuters
Friends with older children. Couples and single people
Overall this is what you can expect for a low price community, that of which is the next step from ghetto and projects. If you're looking to temporarily live and save a buck. This is the place. I would never grow up here. The community is equivalent to outcasts and freaks (for the most part), the leasing office has no idea what they are talking about. If they tell you something make them sign away to it. Avoid the one who wears the Bluetooth at the first desk, he is the definition of poor judgement, disrespect, and greed. Stay away. Stay far away.
People who do not mind being noisy or making noise would fit in. Lots of police always in the area. You fit in if you have a record. Also plenty of people allegedly misuse drugs. Proof can be found all over the Internet for this complex

the apartment is fine nice and clean but the closet doors are old and come off track all the time .I moved into unrenovated unit and there is animal urine stains on the floors. also I have specials needs child and they are not accommodating they offered to move me to new apartment after a lot of complaining but that would only make me spend more money on the transfer by paying fees for utilities when they were responsible for putting me in main level in the first place. also my neighbor complains of noise from me being above her they told her to move to new apartment and pay a fee to move plus all the extra expenses that follow very inconsiderate and they don't let me out of my lease early to let the other neighbors feel comfortable. Other problem I had was bringing my son to the Park to play on the grounds . One incident I found open beer bottles all over in the play area and I immediately called no one answered and I left message . Another time I brought my child to play in the play area once again and I found a Condom open and thrown on the play area . Recently this weekend I was playing with my son in the grounds and two big black dogs were on the loose and came and bothered me and my children.I have pictures to prove it . So its not a bad place to live if you don't mind having to deal with these kind of incidents. Also a lot of old people with bad attitudes and office staff who ignore you and your calls and emails
Familes and singles
It suits my need very well

this community if very quiet and low-key. there is enough lighting at night and all the neighbors we have met have been really nice. the only bad things about this apartment complex is sometimes it's hard to park in front of your unit because everyone else and their friends like to park and the playground has no covering and gets really hot sometimes. but otherwise i love this community. i wish i didn't have to leave!
anyone as long as they don't cause trouble
It's a nice place. I would stay if I didn't have to move out of state.

I enjoy living here so far, my neighbors are nice, I love the size of the kitchen in my one bedroom apartment, and the community is quiet.
