**NOTE: The rate is $1,200 for each room in a house share, or $2,400 for both rooms. You have the entire upstairs to yourself if you take both rooms, including the use of a third small bedroom for guests or storage. The first floor has common areas shared with a senior at UConn who will be renting a separate bedroom/bathroom suite, located in its own wing on the first floor. This student is renting for 9 months beginning August 15.**
