North Fair Oaks: North Fair Oaks is just about 30 miles south of San Francisco. The area is known for having one of the world's best climates, along with the Canary Islands and the Mediterranean Coast in North Africa. Now that's something even Southern Californians can't brag about! You'll find a mix of single-family, multi-family and apartment homes. The amount of property rentals and owned homes are mixed and there are quite a few 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for rent.
Downtown: The city's downtown core offers its residents restaurants, various shops and entertainment. There are mostly rental apartments in this area but you can find a few stand-alone houses tucked back on the side streets.
El Camino Real / Woodside: This is one of the busiest intersections in all of town and living here means you'll have easy access to both main roadways to get around town or outside of it. Florence Street / Marsh Road: Head over here if you like a taste of the laid-back suburban life. Living in North Fair Oaks
Every year North Fair Oaks puts on their annual summer festival, which includes tons of local arts and crafts, food, music and games to please everyone. The city also maintains the Fair Oaks Beautification Association (or FOBA) is a nonprofit who's main job is to plant trees and beautify the neighborhood part through volunteer service activities, as well as install traffic calming devices to encourage a safer community for all.
